The new government has issued Resolution No.127/NQ-CP regarding the application of electronic visas (e-visa) for citizens of countries and territories, as well as international border gates that allow foreigners to enter and exit with e-visas. According to this resolution, the government has decided to implement e-visas for citizens of all countries and territories. The resolution also announces a list of international border gates that allow foreigners to enter and exit with e-visas
Validity of Vietnam E-Visa
Starting from August 15, 2023, Vietnam electronic visas will have a maximum validity of 90 days and can be used for single or multiple entries. The validity period and number of entries will be clearly stated on the issued visa.

Who is eligible for Vietnam E-Visa?

The government has tasked the Prime Minister to direct relevant agencies to implement necessary measures to ensure sovereignty, national security, and social order and safety during the implementation of this resolution.
This resolution shall take effect from August 15, 2023, replacing Resolution No. 79/NQ-CP dated May 25, 2020, and Resolution No. 60/NQ-CP dated April 27, 2022
