General Introduction

The Marketing Department at OTIS LAWYERS is a young, dynamic, and creative team responsible for promoting the brand, building a professional image, and establishing strong connections between the company and both domestic and international clients. With the mission of being the “communication face” of the company, the Marketing Department not only conveys legal values but also highlights the dedication and solid expertise of OTIS’s legal team.

Key Functions and Responsibilities

Brand Communication: Manage OTIS LAWYERS’ brand identity across all media channels (website, social media, press, etc.).

Customer Outreach: Create content, develop digital marketing strategies, and run advertisements to expand the customer base and attract target audiences.

Legal Content Management: Regularly update in-depth articles, SEO content, and legal news on the official website and social platforms.

Initial Client Consultation & Support: Receive and respond to preliminary legal inquiries from new clients via online channels such as fan page, website, Zalo OA, WeChat, etc.

Cross-departmental Collaboration: Support media campaigns for new legal services and deliver legal content in a comprehensible manner to the business community.
