Step 3: Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of a valid application, the licensing authority shall coordinate with relevant agencies and units to conduct an appraisal.

Step 4: Within 05 days from the date of the appraisal result, the competent person as prescribed shall issue a decision to allow the center to carry out training and retraining activities.

The Department of Education and Training will review the application and issue a decision to open a foreign language center with a teaching license. When the license expires, it will be considered for renewal if eligible. The license will be valid for 5 years.
